We congratulate the students who have been inducted as Captains and Prefects at the first Headmaster’s Assembly for 2016.
It is my pleasure to introduce to you ÁñÁ«ÊÓÆµÉ« School Strategic Plan 2016–2020. This plan builds upon the successes of previous strategic plans and I thank the teams that have assisted in its production as a clear, strong and well-founded strategy for the next five years.
Having completed oral and practical examinations in the last few weeks, Years 11 and 12 students are sitting their various Tasmanian Certificate of Education written examinations for the next two weeks.
On Monday 9 November Angus Christie and Jack Carr attended the National History Challenge presentation ceremony at the Premiers Function room, hosted by The Honourable Elise Archer.
We would like to thank all of our community and new families who came along on Saturday 31 October 2015 for our Open Day and the opening of the ELC Playground.
There was certainly a buzz around the School on in anticipation of a visit from former AFL star Chris Judd, who is promoting his autobiography Inside Chris Judd.
On 27 October 2015, ÁñÁ«ÊÓÆµÉ« School acknowledged the contribution of staff members who have given over 20 years of service to the School.
In Business Studies, students participate in this competition either as an individual or in a group. In both categories students from ÁñÁ«ÊÓÆµÉ« School were declared State winners.
The Junior Young Physicists Tournament (JYPT) is a competition in which teams of Year 10 students investigate and present solutions to complex physics problems.
